General Information
Rocstor Premium 8in / 20cm Mini DisplayPort allows you to connect your Mini DisplayPort equipped device to an HDMI display. For example, connect your MacBook® Air or MacBook® Pro to an HDMI display, allowing you to connect an HDMI display to a Single Mode mDP video source. Compatible with Mini DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 4K @ 30Hz, resolutions up to Ultra HD - 4K can be achieved as well as 7.1 channel surround sound. Additionally, the HDMI converter is compatible with Intel® ThunderboltTM 2 devices that output a DisplayPort video signal. This adapter has an active conversion feature to make sure that it is compatible with any mDP output which is needed to maintain 4K resolutions. This adapter is backward compatible with previous DisplayPort revisions 1.0/1.1 with support for resolutions up to 1080p. Furthermore, this adapter is perfect for 1080p resolution outputs that are compatible with graphic cards that are not able to output multi-mode DP++ signals.
